Lucefece in cinemas!

Lucefece, by Ricardo Leite and produced by Red Desert, arrives in cinemas in Lisbon, Porto and Coimbra.

"LUCEFECE, filmed for more than 20 years, was born from the desire to create my own style after finishing my studies at film school, to set myself apart from the academic path. However, as two years passed, the film was transformed, gaining new meanings and narratives along the way. LUCEFECE is built using mainly images that were filmed and developed by hand in 16mm over two years. The fact that it was developed by hand also gives the film a dimension alchemy, where I experimented with new formulas, including biodegradable chemistry found in plants and seeds that will be part of my personal research.” — or director Ricardo Leite

Personal, political and mythical visions of reality: LUCEFECE, from July 3rd in cinemas!

Distribution: Nitrato Filmes
