The documentary Tarrafal, directed by Pedro Neves and produced by Red Desert, is going to be screened this week in Cinetaca - Matadero, in Madrid, Spain.

The film TARRAFAL by Pedro Neves was screened in Viana do Castelo, romoting audiovisual practice and culture in a prison context, with the director in attendance.

"Pedro makes the remains the narrative material. Where there were houses, schools, grocery stores, cafes, corners that each had as their own, all that was left was the wind moving through the abandoned land". (Valdemar Cruz)

We have a new film. Hands Cut, directed by Ricardo Leite, was presented at Desobedoc in Porto over the weekend. It offers a director's perspective on the closed borders and desperate refugees in Hungary and Serbia.

Inn / Hospedaria presented in Mira Fórum Gallery, in Oporto. It is combined with the collective exhibition "Power and Ilusion".

Almost 30% of the population of Porto lives in council districts. It is a special experience when districts become small towns with their own customs and traditions.

The documentary Inn / Hospedaria will be exhibited next Friday at 21h30 at the Mãe d'Água Reservoir in Lisbon, as part of the Panorama do Documentário Português.
