In the late 70s and early 80s in the city of Porto, concerts by Rock and Punk bands began to appear. April 25, 1974, which put an end to the longest dictatorship in Europe, brought political and creative freedom. Through a series of tableaux vivants based on photos from an era covered with a nostalgic aura, but employing contemporary mannequins, the film revives some loud narrations of those crazy times, which failed to reach our ears.
Hands Cut new documentary
We have a new film. Hands Cut, directed by Ricardo Leite, was presented at Desobedoc in Porto over the weekend. It offers a director's perspective on the closed borders and desperate refugees in Hungary and Serbia.
Leiria's Film Fest - Best Documentary Short Film and Best Director
Cold Water / Água Fria won at Leiria's Film Fest! Best Documentary short film and Pedro Neves as Best Director. It was a great victory! We hope this festival not only gets to the first edition and surprise us again in 2014.
